Terms of Use

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

Independent information

This site is an informational guide. It is not the operator of Fair Go and cannot access, change or recover any account.

Affiliate links

Some buttons lead to the official Fair Go website through tracked links. We may receive a commission if you register there. This does not change your price or your terms with the operator.

Accuracy

We aim to keep facts current, but bonus terms, limits and payment options can change without notice. Always check the official website before you deposit.

Age and local law

You must be at least 18. You are responsible for checking whether online gambling is allowed where you live. A Curacao licence is not an Australian licence.

Liability

We are not liable for losses linked to gambling or for the content of third-party websites.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the current version.
